4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing a purchase.

If an order arrives damaged, the customer must notify Emire Luxe within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, with the order number and clear photographs/videos of the damaged product and packaging. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be considered.
